NAGW's 2010 Conference is just around the corner but it's not too late to register!

The 2010 NAGW National Conference will be held September 22-24, 2010, at the Millennium Hotel in St. Louis.

The NAGW National Conference is the premier conference that focuses on local, state and regional government web professionals. Local, regional, state and federal government web professionals join their peers at the conference for two and a half days of education, training and networking in a relaxed professional environment.

Attendees will learn about the latest trends, get hands-on training with the newest software, and hear presentations from leading professionals from the government and private sectors. They also will have the opportunity to network with peers at the opening reception and the Awards dinner banquet.

Keynote Speakers

In addition to the great lineup of 20 general and eight pre-conference session speakers, NAGW also has some amazing keynote speakers including world-renowned usability specialist and CEO of User Interface Engineering, Jared Spool, and critically acclaimed author and Opera Software Web Evangelist, Molly Holzschlag.

  • Jared Spool, author of the book, Web Usability: A Designer’s Guide and internationally recognized usability expert, will be providing the opening keynote "Cooking Up Gourmet User Experiences on a Fast-Food budget."
  • Phil Mui, Senior Product Manager for Google Analytics, will present Wednesday morning's keynote on "Google Analytics."
  • Molly Holzschlag, acclaimed author and Opera Software Web Evangelist, will give the conference's closing keynote, "The Open Web,"

Awards Banquet

The premiere event of the conference is NAGW's annual Pinnacle Awards and Banquet on Thursday evening. All attendees gather together for a great dinner and awards presentation that celebrates the best of local government web, followed by entertainment.

Best of all, complimentary tickets to the Opening Reception and Pinnacle Awards Banquet are included in the cost of the conference.
