Conference Cost

NAGW strives to keep the conference costs to a minimum while trying to maximize the value to attendees.

Registration Fees

Member (Register Now) (login required)

  • Early Bird: $395 (April 19 - July 8 extended through July 22)
  • Regular: $495 (July 9 - August 26)
  • Late: $695 (August 27 - September 21)

Non-Member (Register Now)

  • Early Bird: $495 (April 19 - July 8 extended through July 22)
  • Regular: $595 (July 9 - August 26)
  • Late: $695 (August 27 - September 21)

Registration fee includes:

  • all keynotes and sessions, full breakfast and lunch each day (no lunch on Friday),
  • Welcome Reception, Tuesday evening, Sept. 21, and
  • Pinnacle Awards Dinner Banquet, Thursday evening, Sept. 23.

Pre-Conference Fees

To gain hands-on instruction, attend one or two 4-hour sessions* (must select session when registering). (Not included in registration fee.)

  • Member - $75 per session
  • Non-Member - $100 per session
*includes lunch and break(s)


Pinnacle Awards

All NAGW members are eligible to enter their government site for the prestigious Pinnacle Award.

All conference attendees are invited to attend the Pinnacle Awards Banquet.

Guest Tickets Are Required

As always, you are welcome to bring guests to our Pinnacle Awards banquet. Enjoy an evening of quality entertainment, excellent food and the prestigious Pinnacle Awards ceremony.

  • Guest tickets are $60.00 per guest and includes the the Pinnacle Awards Banquet and the Welcome Reception.

Payment Instructions:

Credit cards are the preferred payment method for NAGW Membership fees. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

If payment by credit card is not possible, NAGW will also accept payment via check under the following conditions:

  • All checks must clearly indicate the agency name and the specific person on behalf of whom the check is being issued.
  • Personal checks are acceptable, but must include the agency name in the memo section.
  • Requests for direct deposit of funds or electronic funds transfers (EFT) will not be accepted.
  • A completed and signed W-9 is available for download from the NAGW web site. Paper W-9s sent to NAGW will not be accepted nor returned.'
  • Any check received by NAGW that does not meet the above criteria will be returned or destroyed at the discretion of the NAGW Treasurer.

Conference registrations will not be considered complete and active until payment is received and all funds have been cleared. This process typically takes two weeks from date of deposit of funds. If you have any questions regarding the payment process, please email the NAGW Treasurer.

Hotel Accommodations

This year's conference is being held in downtown St. Louis, Missouri at the Millennium Hotel St. Louis, just a few blocks from St. Louis' famous Arch. For more information on the Hotel and room costs, please see the Conference Hotel page. (Rates extended three days prior and three days after conference.)  Discounted rooms are still available.
