Conference Cost

NAGW strives to keep the conference costs to a minimum while trying to maximize the value to attendees. This year, the Conference continues the expanded format that was introduced in 2008, allowing for more time to network, enjoy some local sightseeing and increase your learning.

Pre-Conference Sessions (Sept. 21)

Pre-Conference Sessions, which will take place the morning and afternoon of Tuesday, September 21, consist of four-hour intensive learning sessions. Cost is per each 4-hour session (must select session when registering) and includes lunch and break(s). 

MORNING (8 am - 12 noon) and Afternoon (1 pm - 5 pm) Pre-Conference Sessions  

  • Member - $75/session
  • Non-Member - $100/session


Conference (Sept. 22-24)

The 2010 NAGW National Conference takes place from Wednesday, September 22 through noon on Friday, September 24.

The Conference fee includes:

  • all sessions, full breakfast and lunch each day (no lunch on Friday),
  • Welcome Reception, Tuesday evening, September 21, and
  • Pinnacle Awards Dinner Banquet, Thursday evening, September 23.

Early Bird registration will begin April 15, 2010. Save the date!

  • Members: Members must first login to the NAGW website using their NAGW creditials. A "Member Registration" menu item will be displayed.
  • Non-members: Register online soon

Members

Members must first log in as a member to the NAGW website. Once logged in, you can register for the conference by selecting Member Registration from the Conference menu at the top of the site. 

Non-Members 

State, Federal or other personnel who don't qualify for membership are still welcomed and encouraged to attend the NAGW 2010 National Conference. In fact, our conference sessions will fit your needs too.

Room Accommodations

This year's conference is being held in downtown St. Louis, Missouri at the Millennium Hotel St. Louis, just a few blocks from St. Louis' famous Arch. For more information on the Hotel and room costs, please see the Conference Hotel page. (Rates extended three days prior and three days after conference.)  Discounted rooms are still available.

Pinnacle Awards

NAGW's prestigious Pinnacle Awards are open to NAGW members only.

Guest Tickets

As always, you are welcome to bring guests to our sumptuous Pinnacle Awards banquet. Enjoy an evening of quality entertainment, excellent food and the prestigious Pinnacle Awards ceremony.

  • Guest tickets are $60.00 per guest and includes the the Pinnacle Awards Banquet and the Welcome Reception.

Payment Instructions:

Credit cards are the preferred payment method for NAGW Membership fees. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. If payment by credit card is not possible, NAGW will also accept payment via check under the following conditions:

  • All checks must clearly indicate the agency name and the specific person on behalf of whom the check is being issued.
  • Personal checks are acceptable, but must include the agency name in the memo section.
  • Requests for direct deposit of funds or electronic funds transfers (EFT) will not be accepted.
  • A completed and signed W-9 is available for download from the NAGW web site. Paper W-9s sent to NAGW will not be accepted nor returned.'
  • Any check received by NAGW that does not meet the above criteria will be returned or destroyed at the discretion of the NAGW Treasurer.

Conference registrations will not be considered complete and active until payment is received and all funds have been cleared. This process typically takes two weeks from date of deposit of funds. If you have any questions regarding the payment process, please email the NAGW Treasurer.
