    As you know, the 2020 NAGW National Conference is going virtual! Join us to share your expertise, knowledge, and ideas on new technologies and trends during the Virtual Conference Sept. 23-24. 

    The focus of the conference is to bring together (virtually!) government employees from all levels of government who share similar goals and issues. The conference is open to anyone looking to enhance their skills and acquire knowledge on the latest trends in the web and government digital technologies. We welcome speakers from the public and private sector. If you have questions contact us.

    Virtual Conference: Sept. 23-24, 2020

    Topics NAGW is Looking for in 2020

    Our attendee evaluations and other industry data inform the topics we are looking for each year. While your proposed session can fall outside these core topics, priority will be given to those that fall within the following areas:

    • Content Strategy (including Plain Language)
    • Dashboards, Metrics & Open Data
    • Social Media Policy, Strategy & Tools
    • User Experience & Accessibility
    • Innovative Tools & Technology (Ex: AI, Chatbots, Blockchain, etc.)
    • Website Project Management & Redesign
    • GIS
    • Cybersecurity
    • Peer Lessons Learned


    Presentation Length

    General conference sessions are 60 minutes (50 minute presentation / 10 minute Q&A).

    What You Get In Return

    NAGW provides a complimentary registration to the conference as compensation for speaking. Conference registration is required if your conference session is selected. Do not register until you are sent the discount code to use.
