Please note: Quantities of conference items such as t-shirts are not guaranteed for late registrations.
You need to login to the website prior to registering for the conference or preconference. Your member discount will automatically be applied but you must be logged in. If you need to verify your membership, cannot login or need your password reset contact email@example.com.
If you are not currently a NAGW member and want to receive the member discount, sign up for membership before registering for the conference. NAGW members receive a significant discount for preconference and conference registration and a variety of other member benefits.

Preconference registration needs to be completed via a separate registration form. If you would like to register for the preconference use the preconference registration form. The fees for the preconference are fixed throughout the registration period so you can add a preconference registration up to two weeks prior to the preconference start date.
Multiple Attendee Registrations
You may register up to nine attendees at the same time provided the following conditions are true:
- All attendees are paying the same rate for example all are members or non-members or all are sponsors with the same discount.
- You need to provide the name, email address, employer, shirt size, and dietary restrictions for each attendee.
- You also need to specify if each attendee is attending the welcome reception and the Pinnacle awards banquet so NAGW staff can order food and beverages accordingly.
If any attendee needs to pay a different rate or have a different discount code that attendee will need to register individually.
