Cathilea Robinett is Executive Vice President of e.Republic where she is responsible for Governing, Government Technology, Public CIO, Emergency Management magazines, websites, conferences and events as well as three research divisions, the Center for Digital Government, the Center for Digital Education and the Governing Institute.
Cathilea is a frequent speaker and advisor for worldwide government and education organizations, including Harvard University, the United Nations, the State Legislative Leaders' Foundation, the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Council of State Governments, the National Lt. Governors’ Association, the World Congress on Information Technology and many more. She has been quoted frequently in the press, including the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, Forbes magazine and others.
She was the recipient of the National Association of State Chief Information Officers’ National Technology Champion Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to advance public sector information technology initiatives. She has also received the Sacramento Outstanding Woman Leadership Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame Award.
