The National Association of Government Web Professionals (NAGW) announces a lineup of celebrated keynote speakers for the organization’s 2015 national conference to be held September 22-25 at the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Rachel AndrewRachel Andrew is founder and managing director of the UK-based software company, whose flagship product is the Perch CMS. She has more than 16 years of web development experience and is a successful author of numerous articles and two self-published books – The Profitable Side Project Handbook and CSS3 Layout Modules (now in its second edition).



Alan SharkDr. Alan Shark is Executive Director and CEO of Public Technology Institute (PTI), a national organization which focuses on technology issues that impact local government and thought-leaders in the public sector. He is the recipient of the prestigious 2012 National Technology Champion Award from the National Association of State Chief Information Officers and the author of 7 Trends That Will Transform Local Government Through Technology (2012) and co-author of the book Web 2.0 Civic Media in Action (2011).


Abhi NemaniAbhi Nemani became Chief Data Officer for the City of Los Angeles in September of 2014. He is a former Code for America (CfA) co-director who led the organization’s strategic development and growth through multiple new programs, including the launch of a first-of-its-kind civic startup accelerator and the CfA Peer Network, designed to connect cities to help them work together. Prior to CfA, Abhi managed multiple research teams at the Rose Institute to increase transparency in local government using technology, and with Google, he pioneered an innovative strategy to leverage social media for consumer engagement.
