WE ARE BACK! The Call for Speakers for the 2025 NAGW National Conference is now open!
NAGW is returning to our in-person National Conference in beautiful downtown Denver, CO! Join us to share your expertise, knowledge, and ideas Oct. 14 – 17, 2025, at the beautiful full-service Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station!
The focus of the conference is to bring government employees from all levels of government who share similar goals and issues. The event is open to anyone looking to enhance their skills and acquire knowledge on the latest trends in the web and government digital technologies. We welcome speakers from the public and private sector.

Presentation Length
- General sessions: are 60 minutes (45-50 minute presentation / 15 minute Q&A)
- Pre-Conference Sessions: 4 hours with a break (Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025)

- Early Bird Pricing: $525 (NAGW member) / $750 (non-NAGW member)

Important
- Conference registration is required if your conference session is selected. Do not register until you are sent the discount code to use. Speakers are responsible for their own travel expenses.
- Formal notification of presentation acceptance will be emailed the last week of June.
- All presenters will be asked to provide an electronic version of their presentation (to be made available online to conference attendees following the Annual Conference) no later than October 10.
- All speakers must agree to abide by the NAGW Conference Code of Conduct to help us maintain a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
