Building a Defensible and Sustainable Accessibility Process
An accessibility audit or automated scan can identify potential barriers, but it cannot create an accessible organization. This session will explore how government agencies can move beyond one-time compliance efforts by establishing clear ownership, prioritizing remediation, managing vendor-controlled issues, documenting decisions, and validating progress over time. Attendees will leave with practical approaches for building an accessibility process that is sustainable, accountable, and defensible.
