Cancellation/Refund Policy

    Membership refunds and transfers

    NAGW individual memberships are not transferable. Payments for the National Association of Government Web Professionals (NAGW) individual membership are final and non-refundable. Multiple agency memberships paid by the agency are transferable only to another member of the agency for the duration of the membership.

    Preconference, Conference & Awards Banquet Guest Tickets

    Registration cancellations and/or requests for a refund must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference and must be addressed to the NAGW Association Director. All such requests will be entitled to a refund of the total conference fees paid less a $50 administrative charge. Refunds will be issued by check and sent via regular surface mail. The cancellation and/or refund request must include the check payee and the address to which the check should be sent. Cancellations and/or requests for refunds received in writing less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the conference shall not be granted and the full conference fees shall apply. Refunds will not be made for no-shows. NAGW is not responsible for United States Postal Service mail or electronic mail failures. 

    Pinnacle Awards Entry Fee

    Pinnacle award entry fees are non-refundable unless NAGW decides to cancel a particular award category.

    Non-profit corporation

    NAGW Inc. was granted status as a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation on August 20, 2006. As such, contributions or gifts to NAGW are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
